I also call the Mexican fence climbers. They are pointy enough for them to poke the tip throught the holes in the fence while crossing the border.

Must admit, I still wear pointy toe boots.

No, no, please, it's fine... honest... I know exactly what you mean! (I just think that we call them jellies over here....)

Aw, I like the green ones for when I'm gardening, but I wouldn't wear them anywhere else!

Wearing a belt under your boobs. It was in for about 5 minutes earlier this year and I still see people doing it. I think it's a very unflattering look and, strangely, it seems to be preferred by the people that it flatters the least.

Does anything REALLY go out of style? Isn't that the majority of people quit wearing it?

Cowboy plaid shirts (they were hugely popular around '94).
Shoulder pads (such a long-lasting, horrendous trend).
Hipsters (complete with garish thongs or old, tattered granny panties showing...)

Can someone please explain to me why the Cyndi Lauper type of skirt is back in fashion??? I've been seeing them in stores all over the place.

    You know these:

That's true of so many things, isn't it?

I hate the wearing pants with dresses thing. It look peculiar. Leggings are one thing, but pants? I've never seen anybody it looked good on.
