I LOVE the first dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously you should get that dress!

Also, you should look at ALDO and Nine West for shoes (awesome sales).

I was surprised by how much I liked the dress when I tried it on. I just need to hack off a few inches of it to accommodate my short legs. I'm glad everyone else likes it!

Sputnik, I love the second shoes you posted. They're that platinum silvery gold color JKM described. I also really like the last ones.

They don't have it in the petite sizes, never mind they have a similar color but not the same dress.

I love your first dress choice! Do not change it-perfecto! Also love the "Natalie" wedges Sput posted. You have to consider outside-heel sinking. I hate that feeling!
Also-thank you for asking our opinion. Those of us with no daughters get to have fun, too!

Good point about sinking heel, McJag! And I'm glad you were able to give me some motherly advice

Edited to add: I went ahead and ordered it online. I was worried my size would be unavailable if I waited to pick it up from the store tomorrow. I found a promotional coupon online, so I got an additional 30% off!!! The promotional code is FRIENDS and it expires tonight at midnight for anyone interested.

You could wear nude/tan sandals with it (the first green dress).

And of these, I like the first Maggy London one. It's very wedding-y and so pretty.

Ok and sorry for posting one hundred times but this dress is my favorite.
Am also a sucker for white shoes. I looove white shoes

i think wedges (the thin, classy kind, not bimbo stripper sandals) are fine, if it's an outdoor, fairly casual wedding. it definitely beats sinking into the grass with your heels, which is a huge pain in the ass.

I couldn't resist these because I thought the dress was turquoise.

I hate that feeling! You don't know if you are ruining the heel or if it might snap off or if you are about to fall & make a spectacle of yourself.

I bought a pair of delicate cool toned silver ballet flats with embellishment at the toe. Unless I find something I like better, I think these are the ones. I do really like the first and fourth ones you posted, SweetPea, though.
