^that's the problem. We need more hot guys out there willing to make them look cool again! Not oldtimey, moon glow oddities.

lol I don't think above knee shorts look good, even if the guy was 23 and ripped to shreds. Baggy and past the knee is the best kind of shorts and I'm not changing my mind *holds a pair of Rocawear Denim shorts tightly*

Holy fuck, his body just made my day
I don't mind shorts, but there's a time and place. I have to admit, if I saw a guy in shorts, I'd laugh only because I'm not used to seeing it. Although my Dad wore them all the time when i was growing up, and I thought nothing of it. It didn't look BAD. My grandfather used to walk around in a tshirt and jocks with his old [ik]old[/i] fella drooping. Then my brother had boxer shorts where theres a defined compartment for the bits and pieces. They were not very nice especially in front of your sister
I think those long boardshorts soaking wet at the beach look hot as hell.

Tom Selleck in his Magnum PI days was a good example of the right kind of shorts. And some of us have nice legs and have gotten compliments on them so why should we have to cover them the fuck up or be ridiculed? *hmmph*

Sorry, kinda zoned out there for a sec. When you said "ripped guy" and "shreds" I imagined a young Bruce Campbell in tattered shorts about to finally lose their last threads........

This is the kind of shorts I like:
see how it ends at the middle of the calf. Way better than seeing pasty knees and unshapely legs.
