    12.
    3 of them are flip-flops.
    3 are special occasion heels.
    3 are mainly for work.
    1 are exercise sneakers.
Plus my super comfy light skechers "urban walking shoes"
And my LL Bean suede mocs, which I love and are the comfiest shoes EVER.

And I really should pare it down even further. If I'm honest with myself, all I really need are about 5-6 pairs. okay maybe 7 or 8.

I agree about moving, I've moved almost every year or two for the last oh, 10-12 years and it's a serious pain in the ass to keep some shoes. Esp. the ones I've only worn once or haven't worn in over a year. You feel like you keep moving a lot of shoes for no reason. You aren't wearing them, just hanging on to them just in case.

Ok....3 pairs of sneakers, one pair of high heel sandals, 3 pairs of flats, one pair of open toe high heels, 5 pairs of sandals, one pair of highheel pennyloafers, one pair of knee high boots, 3 pairs of ankle boots, one pair of fake uggs....total 19....I think.

Not enough here either, but slowly building my collection. At the moment I could use a new pair of cute running shoes, a pair of sort of "garden party" sandals that can be dressed up or down, and I'd love another pair of sexy strappy sandals, perhaps in a pastel pink or blue. These are the shoes I feel I'm currently "missing", lol.

I probably have about a dozen pairs of shoes, not counting cheap flip-flops or things like hiking boots. But I need MORE, dammit!

I've thrown out a lot of shoes. I still have more than I wear though.

    4 pairs dressy
6 pairs sneakers, one of which needs super glue.

    That's it!

I have approximately 20-25. It seems like a lot when you say it like that, but it really isn't, especially not compared to a love of my shoe-loving friends.

In the neighborhood of 40 pairs or so. It's sort of silly--I work from home now and pretty much live in my Nikes, so I have all these shoes that I never wear--but I could never bring myself to get rid of any of them.

Probably close to 30. But they all look the same. At least that's what my husband says.

Um, this is insane but right now I have around 350. Last I counted I was 327 but that was mid summer.

In my defense I buy more shoes than anything else. I can't go shopping without buying at least one pair.
