I still have the silver charms from when I was young, I should incorporate them into something, thanks for the inspiration!
Yep. She actually melted down some other old silver jewelery for it, so that covered most of the material.

It's great to recycle old jewels-beats leaving them to gather dust in boxes, you know?

I have one from James Avery that's deeply personal because my godmother chose out the charms herself right before she had a cancer scare. Each one represents something from my childhood that we shared.. there's an acorn since I loved collecting acorns from my grandma's oak tree, there's an apple since I used to be her little helper at her elementary school, there's a miniature Alamo since she used to live in San Antonio and I'd always insist on her taking me there EVERY time I visited... I have about 14 charms on there, each special.

EVERYONE is wearing Pandora charm bracelets here at the moment. The jewellers can't keep pace with demand. And, ahem, I'm afraid they are getting a bit of a chavvy reputation. I think it's an expsensive fad that will quickly fade.

mine is also from james avery... it's a summer camp thing. every year id get like 5 new charms and now the entire bracelet is full. it's ridiculously heavy and bulky but i love it.

I have a James Avery charm bracelet that I've had since elementary school.
