Thank you all SO much for responding.
-So silver seems to be screaming out. (buffy's necklace looked like little silver satellites)
- silver with turquoise. I was thinking about some color somewhere. I love amethyst too.
- a pashmina is a great idea. Otherwise it's a black raincoat over that dress and McJag would have conniption.
- looks like a big bracelet is in too......silver, gold or sparkly
- and I know the perfect bag. It's made of white gold in a satin finish and it's $8800. My friend designed it and it's sitting in his apt. I would die if something happened to it. Can't do it.
This kind of thing?

I bought the dress online at Zappos. Free shipping. I hated everything in the stores, so I bought two dresses online. What the hell. Free return shipping.
I'll be wearing the same thing in a month again.
I would like to wear a fun ring as I never do that. I think you're all right!
Just saw Miss Juicy's - red? Love red. Red lipstick?
Of course if I had REAL Loub's they'd have red underneath.

Yes, that looks ok. But even bigger would be better. (Think CUFF.) No turquoise. If it sparkles, then you're perfectly set.

Like that bracelet-sort of mimics the cutwork.
Ummm-what scent? Also-wear a little blush in the clevage area. Just a hint. Nobody read that but Chalet!

i love the dress! i would do a bold earring and either a chunky/sparkly ring or cuff. some of the ones penny posted would be perfect (especially the nubby turquoise one). i think a color would be better than going for plain gold, silver or crystals like the one you posted.
a necklace would detract from the detail of the neckline.
i hope you got a strapless, low back bra.

Penny....you went shopping! Thank you.
That silver bag is just what I want, now that I changed over from gold to silver.
ffg - thank you, seriously, for reminding me about the right bra. I'm going for seamless (reinforced toe) pantyhose, and the right bra on Thursday.
I think I want a fun ring in silver and crystal, a silver bag like above and a rhinestone cuff bracelet.
I tried this ring on, it was fun.

Thanks again. I got the rhinestone cuff. What was funny was that my friend sitting across from me was wearing her mother's vintage deco cuff, same style. Much to my annoyance, I wore 3 stacked silver rings on my pinky. Rings annoy me but it's a sharp look.
Along with the cuff I wore a thin silver clasp bangle. It wasn't too much, it kind of made the other cuff not look so serious. No wrap, it was hot and raining. Raincoat, sorry. Hair stayed in though. I couldn't find a silver bag that I liked, so I went with my pleated black one.

Hi Karis, thanks. A nice time...hmmm. Well, yes, it was a blast to be with so many lifelong friends. It was just one of those bittersweet moments in life. Tacky wedding! There, I said it.
I looked good, everyone looked good. That dress will get a lot of mileage. I'm wearing it two more times this month.
Seriously, everyone should surf at Zappos because they have tons of dresses all glommed together. They also have free shipping both ways. They upgraded me right away to VIP which is good marketing, considering it was my first purchase.
Awesome customer service.
clothing , Womens, Clothing - Search Zappos.com
Just click the boxes to find what you want. I went shopping in one store and the thought of shopping in more stores made me nuts, so I clicked instead.
