Default What color d'you think I ought to pick for a jumper?

    Hello all!

I thought I needed your advice because I want to buy a nice jumper for my boyfriend's b-day (his fashion sense is... ahem... well..) and I don't know what color would suit him. Let me describe him: he has light brown / dark blond hair, bright blue eyes and his skin has pinkish undertones... I'd thought about a blue jumper, but he tells me he doesn't like blue. And I don't want drab colors such as black, white, grey or khaki.

    Could you help please?

    Thanks a lot

Burgandy. Will look great with his skin tone. Over here, a jumper is a sleeveless dress worn over a blouse. Which was a bit confuse-y!

I trust in the refined McJag's opinion

I thought "jumper" was a Brit word for "pullover", but I might be wrong

Actually burgandy is an excellent choice. I change my answer to that.

Based on his eye color, hair color and skin undertones, I'd say he's a "summer" color palate (like me) - black, white and strong colors are too harsh for his skin tone. Think pinks, blues and greens in pastel and muted tones. If he's adamantly against traditional blue colors, try blue-grey, pastel blue-green, grayed navy, blue-red, or raspberry.

    You're 100% correct.

    Burgndy, or purple tones?

His eyes look a little green in that photo.....?
