    Default Shoe inserts?

SO I have two pairs of shoes that I need to get some kind of insert to keep my foot from sliding forward and I started looking for some and there are tons out there. Anyone use these? What do you prefer and why?

I'd use the short ball-of-the-foot kind in your situation, Payless sells them for $5. Get the clear kind so you can wear them with strappy (but painfully high) heels come summertime.

If your feet are slipping I would get:
    Foot Petals
    Tip Toes Heart Shape

Tip Toes stop feet from sliding forward, cushion the sensitive ball-of-foot area, and are virtually invisible!

    $7.00

    or

    Foot Petals
    Killer Kushionz

Killer Kushionz stop feet from slipping and sliding in shoes!

    $13.00

If the shoes have closed backs then try the pad that goes inside the back....it grips the heel and keeps the foot from sliding forward...it will fit inside, not under the heel...sort of like where a slingback strap would be:

If the shoes are open use a ball of the foot cushion, but make sure it has a rough texture, like suede...If its micro fiber, the foot will still slide forward
