I was at the mall yesterday and I saw a girl wearing a dress/shirt that barely went halfway down her ass, with just tights underneath. I've seen girls wear leggings under long shirts instead of pants before, but these were actual sheer nylons for pete's sake! Has this Britney-esque style become trendy, or was this chick just a skank?
