One of my sandals broke!

omg one of my Carlos Santana flip flops broke this weekend walking back from the beach! What do I do?????????!!!!!!!!! They're the type of perfect black sandal that you can and do wear w/ everything and everyone comments on them and they're absolutely adorable! I'm gonna bring them to a cobler to see if he can revive them b/c they're the love of my life and been w/ me everywhere!

yeah i'll try to find one Lobes and I'm gonna take 'em to a cobbler tomorrow; we'll see what his diagnosis is

ok ok these are them; except i have them in shiny black and they're beautiful and fantastic and since i got them last summer they've hardly aged except for the wearing a tad bit on the sole, but the color and designs are still there and all and there's no scuffs or rips on the heels which is amazing considering I wear these everywhere (the beaches of LA to the dirty streets of NYC and everywhere in between) and all the time (when I'm not at work)! but now that I can't wear them; I've been going bare foot b/c i really don't have any other black flip flops (like my sis who has about 6 pairs) b/c I didn't need any before! In fact all my other pairs of shoes have been collecting dust b/c of these damnit.

* I like things that no one else has; thats why i buy Santana shoes cause they're a little crazy and wild but I never see anyone else in them!

I have some Jerry Garcia Birkenstocks. They're like the picture, except they have 3 straps instead of 2. They're orange & funky & swirly like a design you would expect from Jerry Garcia.

I have these in black too

although I like this colour better

and here's my summer babies:

* i just like wedges I don't kno what it is 'bout them but i like them a lot and I was so glad that they came back in style this summer; i actually saved old wedges from a few summers ago just in case, but alas the colors were all wrong for this season and so was the style of straps that go across your foot damnit! So i say, "Wear the shoes you love OUT!" b/c you never know if they'll ever be back in again!
