Default Kimono style dresses

I was shopping today and saw a beautiful dress, but it's rather pricey. Does anyone think this style will come in big like polka dots and stripes have lately? I don't want to unload a whack of cash for a piece that will become unfashionable in 2 weeks.

I have a kimono style top. I think it was in style sometime ago (cuz I bought it like 2 yrs ago or so)... Looks really cool with jeans though. Do you remember one of the Olsen twins had a red kimono dress? That was a while back. I don't think it will come back in trend again personally.

If it looks good on you don't worry about other people saying it's out of fashion. They'll just be jeeeealllous they weren't the ones to bring it back in.

Seriously, though. The only way things go out of fashion for good is if they were unflattering in the first place. Shoulder pads?

It is still out there. It has a certain classic element. If you really like it-go for it...

If you have the right figure, ie, small tits and slim hips all those oriental styles look absolutely divine. If you do have hips and tits, forget it.

Not really-maybe for the Suzy Wong dresses but that is a different country. The kimono tops are actually often forgiving and roomy. They can define a waist and skim over the rest.

yeah i'm a petite lady, but i have hips. the dress actually seems to even it out. it's too big though (and they don't carry the size down) so i'm just trying to decide if it's worth it. i keep thinking about the dress so i will probably end up getting it. thanks guys!

Maybe - apart from having tits I can't wear the style because I also have quite a broad back and shoulders (all those years of swimming).

i think they can be very flattering. i bought one earlier this summer and it's perfect for work - comfy and i still look put together enough for meetings.
