I think Howard Stern invited her as a joke. Which is kinda shitty because the woman has obvious issues. That being said, I feel really bad for her 3 kids and there is no way she is 44.

Supposedly, Stern delegated invitations like this to Gary Dell Abate. A lot of wack packers begged and pleaded for tickets - e.g. - Joey Boots, Pittsburgh Pete, Fred the Elephant Boy. Krentcil needs to take ownership of her behavior once she gets tot he event.
