Her make-up always throws me off. I think the only time I really liked it was when she won her Oscar. I assume she had it professionally done that night. I read somewhere she usually does it herself and she really shouldn't.
It's hard to decide if I like the first dress because the horrible tan is making it look really shitty against her skin. And it's giving her body weird definition. A good spray tan makes a person look toned and even. A bad one does this. I avoid them all together so I don't fall into this trap. She should do the same. Her skin is clearly not naturally dark - Mine isn't either and anything faux just looks splotchy and fake like this does. She looks better fair. The second dress looks nicer. The horrible skin tone is less obvious against the darker fabric.
