    Nay.

    I think you need to be really tall and thin to get away with those kind of pants. And even then I don't really like high-waisted pants.

    But there is no excuse for the bedazzled details on the sides.

    High waisted things only look good on girls with high waist lines. Plus, her shoes effing SUCK with that style of pant, they belong with punk/emo/and denim.
