Masks are recommended to be worn in the supermarket and (almost) compulsory on public transport. If she is wandering around in the open air and social distancing, it's OK not to wear a mask outside. Some people do or they have one ready for when they go into a store.

Not just her. No one around her is wearing them either, and you can see through the reflection in the photo that there are a bunch of people way less than 6 feet apart and without masks. It’s not like they’re all walking by themselves and there’s enough distance between them.

Unless they all live together and/or are in the same “bubble”, it does seem odd, especially for an event where they know the photos will be published.

Sadly, they are in a children's hospice so I guess they are mostly in a 'bubble.' Also the government has announced a reduction in social distancing to 'one metre plus.' It's all quite changeable at the moment. One city has just been put into further lockdown.

yeah, i figured there had to be some explanation. and i'm assuming as a public figure Cathy probably gets tested regularly.

Oof. I feel bad for the people that have to get tested regularly and practically get the inside of their brain swabbed.

I don't like the shoes, but I do actually think the dress is cute.

Mask wearing has never been a big thing here really. Like Rollo said, they were only compulsory on public transport.
    I think she looks fine

A children's hospice?! How sad. The little boy in the pics looks like he is not feeling well at all, poor thing.

I think The Duchess looks pretty good and healthy, but I don't like the dress print. I would love the shoes without the gold thingie.

Well it is the third country with the most deaths, behind only the US and Brazil...

I did like the Queen of Spain's espadrilles but I haven't bought a pair since I fell off mine. You know where it's open and the side of your foot can slip, well, I had some twisted ankle from it. I have espadrille PTSD.

This was THE summer shirt when I was a teen. Of course our jeans were so high only one inch of your stomach showed.

I think she looks good, minus the shoes, I dislike wedges, think they are "over" now for at least 2 years, but what do I know.

That's a terrible color on her. I keep seeing that she's a summer, but that purple seems to be clashing with her skin.
