    Progressive lenses (bifocals) -- bigger lenses offer more space in both the reading and distance portions of the glasses.

    Yeah, but my mom has progressives and they look just like my glasses (which will probably need to be progressives soon, dammit!)

    Also, I have no idea where I came up with the word "foogly" - thanks vodka! I shall work it into my vocabulary from now on.
