I kind of like the dress, and I like the hair. But there's something off ; She's just not looking as stunning as she could.
I agree, and I think the problem is her make-up.
She's wearing very warm, peachy make-up with a very glamourous, classic Hollywood style. She needs color in her face to really pull this look off - either a very smokey eye or a wine/red lip would make it come together, I think.
