I think the dress is beautiful and its blouson-or-whatever shape is okay, but because her body shape is odd in itself, it's not so flattering on her. The truth is that though her face is currently gorgeous, no dress is going to look good on a body that looks sort of ill, plus the outsize bolt-ons.
