I saw her in this dress on a magazine and must say she looked great. She looked healthier weight wise and the color didn't wash her out. In this picture she looks like shit though.

There is no way a woman as scrawny as that has that much of a poochy belly without being 1. pregnant 2. immediately post partum. Since is had no pooch a few weeks ago when the 'salt' pix were leaked, I vote for preggers.
