Yeah I have to agree. She's better than she was at her lowest, but it's still not cutting it. I wonder what the audience reaction was, if they thought she put on a good enough show.
Personally I think the concert promoters know she's still lacking in stage presence, hence the over the top circus theme and all those flashy costumes. You know, throw around lots of glitter and flash to distract from her mediocre lip synching act.

^ yeah Bee, i agree w/ your last paragraph. its too bad but i think thats what happens when you're sober as a star you can no longer function like a star unless you have an out of control ego like Madonna or Mick Jagger or Bono and I think Britney just doesn't have that kind of self-esteem and/or talent to back it up with....
