It looks like a sports bra with a vest over it. And the shorts look like elastic waist shorts I wore when I was pregnant.
Her body and face are great, the outfit is odd.

The shoes rock. The elastic waist shorts and sports bra; not so much. In other pics I've seen, she works the offbeat style, but some outfits are just always going to be bad.

I think she is actually quite beautiful. Pretty face and bone structure. I envy anyone who can pull off the super short hair too. Her fashion sense is another story though. I absolutely love the shoes. I cannot think of a good reason why anyone who is not a baby or a senior citizen should wear elastic waist pants in public. I think Kanye looks good here. I generally like the way he dresses most of the time. And I think he is a cute guy...too bad he can't keep his mouth shut.
