i love it.
but not necessarily on her. the hair is all wrong. this dress would have looked better with an updo or with lauren bacall-style shoulder length waves.
cate blanchett would have rocked this.

but thats the whole vibe this woman gives off anyway....she never looks comfortable in her clothing, she always looks like a child playing at dress up
