I'm not sure. She has a habit of pretending to be knocked up when she feels her relationship is threatened. It's happened EVERY time a relationship of hers has been on the rocks. She gains weight, "anonymous" sources tell the tabs she's pregnant (Creepy Pa Simpson and CaCee) and making her boyfriend out to be an ass who wants to leave her while she's carrying his child, and she starts posing with bags in front of her stomach and acting really delicate in public.

Tony looks embarrased. Or completely uninvested emotionally, like he's hanging with his sister or something. I REALLY don't see this relationship lasting. I do see them making the mistake of marriage...popping out a kid or two... but regardless they won't last very long at all.
