For her, I believe it has to do with height. I'm just under 5' 11" and I was in my teeny tiny jeans less then 24 hours after giving birth. Within two I was back to my very thin, flat tummy self. My child was born in June and I was in a two piece, on the beach (Jersey Shore) within a couple/few weeks. No stretch marks..but really big boobs!
I was very thin and reasonably active during pregnancy.
