I love Diane as an actress (though Nights in Rodanthe sucked) and think she has a very simply elegance about her. That hair, though, just isn't working.
And Brolin, yeah, I agree he always looks like an ass and looks far older than he really is. Never liked him. Never will (esp. after the reports he abused Diane).

i love brolin as an actor. he can be absolutely fantastic.
but physically he does nothing for me. and he does look like he'd be an asshole.
and she's an ok actress but i find her kind of annoying and she makes the shittiest movies, she's like the queen of schmalzy romances about boring old yuppies - under the tuscan sun, must love dogs (still haven't forgiven john cusack for that one), etc... didn't see nights in rodanthe but i had to sit through the trailer at the cinema and it looks pathetic.

I agree with everything sputty said.  Brolin is a GREAT actor...he's a dick, but he makes good movies. She is milktoast IMO.
