I think she looks rather stupid with the bracelet like that. It just doesn't suit her. The dress is nice, but boring. She just always looks dirty to me.

I don't think she's really changed much in the past 10 years. Same hairstyle and more or less the same uninspired fashion sense. She looks fine.
