I'd like it better if it was a whole dress, it looks kind of early 90s to me. Having said that, all that crap is coming back into fashion now isn't it?

Just my opinion, but she's too pretty to dress as bad as she does. I hate almost everything she wears and I don't even thinks it's doable in a "fashion forward" way.

I think it may have been okay, for her, but the top is really weird and unflattering.
I agree with Dita, too....that lipstick has got to go.
I really wish she would do something with her hair. She could actually be attractive, but that do ruins it all.
