It's the dress that shortens her torso somehow. It sits too low at her boobs or something. From what I remember seeing of her over the years, she has an evenly proportioned body, very hourglass shaped.
I blame the dress, it's boring and ill-fitting. The hair ain't doing her any favors either.

I thought short torsos were ideal for a woman. I'm always hearing the womans body ideally is short torso, long legs.
Long torso is horrible.
The tanning is over the top, the hair is shiteous, but she's somewhat attractive.
