Is that a skirt or shorts? My old eyes can't discern. I like the outfit MUCH better than what she usually tosses on but I think it'd go better with tights that weren't so solid.
Her hair looks like a clean rat's nest for a change. I still love her to death. She's funny as hell in interviews.
