I guess the designer got bored and turned to something else. Why she decided to wear something so unfinished and sloppy is beyond me. Normally she's fantastic.

at least its not boring. so sick of boring black dresses.
I like it in theory, but the construction is not good. It looks ill-fitting from the front and unflattering from the back.
Victoria Beckham could rock that dress....Rachel, not so much.
