They look very Easter-ish to me - especially the white patent leather that was popular a few months ago.

^I agree, they look off. I always associate them with nurses for some reason. But i was reading a fashion mag and one of the commentators was like 'UGH WHITE SHOES!' whenever she saw them, and it was abit odd. So I was wondering if there's any legit reason they're despised so much.

That's exactly what I do when I see white shoes. I just hate them so much!

I like bone colored shoes, but not white. Seems to wedding-ish.

So what color of shoes would one wear with a white dress? (Not a wedding dress). Yes, I am fashion challenged. Really don't care myself, but I have seen ladies on the red carpet with white gowns, but never paid attention to their feet.
