The dress is okay. She needs to lighten up her hair color just a tad. Her natural hair color is closer to a light brown and the straight black is too harsh for her.

I think she is gorgeous, but doesn't know how to make the most of her looks; too much eye make-up is the norm for her. The dress is not a disaster, but it's not very flattering either and I don't like the pale hose.
