The hair is really, really bad.
She was in the MASH bit, so I was unsure if she was trying to match the dress to MASH, and go all camo, but it looks like grandma's curtains.

The jacquard print of the dress reminds me of fancy tablecloths or drapes. Too bad cause it fits her well and I really like the cut.
And did she piss off her hairdresser lately or what?

I love Kathy, but there's always something that seems off enough to keep her from looking stunning at these type of events. The jacquard dress reminds me of my grandparent's davenport from when i was young.

I like the dress. Can see where she was going with the hair, but it ends up more like a really freaky mullet - soccer mom in the front, mermaid in the back? Eh...
