cheekbone implants, and eyelid surgery. she always had droopy lids and now they look nothing like they used to.

Whoa, too much shine on her face and the dress, which might be nice otherwise.
And yes, she's messed up her face and is no longer cute. I definetely see cheek implants there, and something wrong with her eyes.
