She does not as skinny as on that magazine cover. It looks like she is still trying to hide wide hips under this dress.

Shes so cute, but looks much better with dark hair.

Wide hips can be crummy genetics too. You can lose weight but the shape stays put.

She hasn't lost as much weight as the mag pictures have her losing, but she didn't need to lose weight. She looks great here.
