That dress is all wrong for her.
The billowing out and then banding on the lower part of the dress is making her look like she has saddlebags and thick thighs.

^I agree. She ain't fat, but she's not wearing the right dress. And her hairstyle is exactly like Paris'; it looks good on Paris, Hayden just looks like a poser.
