Honestly, I have a 13 yr old niece who has had a body similar to Ali's since she was 11 or 12. My niece has never had any PS, but she naturally has the build of someone much older. It's been very worrisome for my sister. She really has to pay close attention to what my niece wears. Now Ali may be another story alltogether as far as PS is concerned. I wouldn't put it past Dina to pump Ali full of PS. And that face...it is not the face of a 14 yr old girl. She looks more like she's atleast in her 30's.
