no. and i like the idea of a ruffled dress with that corset belt, just not this particular satin ruffled mess.

the top is really gorgeous, the bottom? not so much..would've been better if the bottom was something simple and form fitting

I agree. It would have been a very nice dress if it were like you describe below the waist. Normally I do not like ruffles and shiny fabric, but the top is lovely.
