That's Chille, not T-Boz. I'd say she looks great esp for her age. She's in her late 30's or early 40's i think.

Chilli is gorgeous and I like the dress but I agree that this isn't one of her better pictures. She looks better with black hair than the light brown hair she has now, IMO.
And yes, "Maneka" has absolutely nothing on Chilli. She looks old enough to even be Chilli's mom, even though the she and Chilli are around the same age. Who knows what Usher was thinking?
