She looks as if she just came from working out. She doesn't look like she is getting bigger to me, even though hips of hippy people do spread..after certain activities in certain positions..

She's very hippy and she does everything in her power to accentuate it. At a certain point, it's too much.
Plus, she needs to chop at least a few inches off the end of her hair - it looks scraggly and stringy.
