i like it. the dress has a really good cut because usually long dresses like that don't work on someone this short, and especially not with flat shoes.

The dress looks surprisingly cute on her, for all the reasons sputnik mentioned.
I'm not sure I like her haircut though, the length seems to be nice and light for summer, but it looks damaged or weird or something. Like she just hacked at her head with rusty scissors and no mirror.

it looks like her hair might be up, and it's only the short layers around her face? to me it just looks like she spent a day at the beach or something.
