Agreed, short and portly is very hard to dress. However, she looks pretty and fresh faced here. The outfit works for her.

Indeed she is very pretty. Beautiful women come in all sizes.
Considering her ampleness, I'd like to see a neckline that's more flattering to her bosom. This dress is just all cinched up around her neck.
