What's with the epaulettes? Without those the dress would be perfect. Love the color, the style. Dita rocks that dress, she's just the type for it.

She needs WAY higher heels for this. As it is, it just kind of drags right on the ground and doesn't drape correctly at all. So it looks schlumpy at the bottom front of the dress.
