I think I'd like it if it didn't emphasize her ridiculous proportions so much. The skirt is practically empire-waisted on her, just because of that crazy fake rack of hers. It all looks insane.
Come to think of it, I don't like those two fabrics together, either...

I usually like what she wears, but this doesn't look right. It looks like the skirt isn't made to be a pencil, but she pulled it up to look like one.
