She's actually a tiny girl, like 5'4" and 112 lbs. However, when you have short legs like she does - I do as well - flattering jeans are very hard to find. I personally won't wear jeans unless I am downright skinny (which sadly is not where I am at this particular moment in time). And heels are a must to give the illusion of length.
