Looks like she got it from The Body Shop in 1985. Not horrid, but eh...not great.

^^Exactly what I thought. Looks like something that someone would have worn to Studio 54.
And her eyes are looking suspiciously tight and ever so slightly asian--Janice Dickinson effect is right.
