I like fingerwaves, tassels, ostrich boas, bias-cut 30's silk velvet gowns and celadon green, but I don't like this. It's badly done, it's ill-fitting and she doesn't pull it off.

Take that thing off her shoulder, get a decent seamstress to do a re-fitting, strap on a taller pair of high heels and you could save this dress.
