Amazingly, I like the dress on her. She has the stature to carry off such a big busy pattern.
She needs a bag over her face and elephant neck though.

I love the bright colors and most of the pattern. But the pattern drawing around the middle looks like something I could draw in 30 seconds because I need to hand something in for my art class RIGHT NOW.
I agree she has the stature and obnoxious disposition to pull off something this loud.
