Ooooh, I love the feathers. Reminds me of the Gilda dress. Though it's sort of plain up top. She should have worn long gloves to really make that theatrical impression.
You know, I keep looking at it and I realized it's the material I don't like. What is that fabric? It almost looks like leather or something weird. Is there a tulle or gauzy overlay or am I seeing things?
