She's so cute and tiny, I always think she could wear anything and look good, but this dress proved me wrong.
Maybe it would help if it wasn't a turtleneck. That really ruins any evening gown I think.

I like the dress, it looks like something Rachel in Bladerunner might wear... but it's all wrong on this Rachel! It's totally wearing her, and the hair is so wrong for this dress.
